POSTPRO PROGRAMMES
PostPro’s approach is based on continuous impact. For us, addressing transition and education at the end of an athlete’s career is too late. Our engagement focuses on creating options for athletes and stimulating self-development as early into their careers as possible.
The PostPro Leadership Qualification is a modern Apprenticeship and funded via the Apprenticeship Levy.
The course is delivered at both Level 3 and Level 5, with 12 months of learning and three months end point assessment.
The course has been designed by Russell Earnshaw and John Fletcher and includes specific programs tailored to Athletes, Coaches and non-playing staff.
The PostPro Transition programme is housed on a community led, video based e-learning platform.
The content focuses on employability skills, careers guidance and bringing to life different companies and industries for athletes.
This programme is especially useful for released or retired athletes
The PostPro Future Stars programme utilises an e-learning platform and curriculum of live skills development events to up-skill academy players.
This includes, emotional intelligence, effective communication, leadership and relationship building.
The platform also includes a mentoring program and knowledge library for coaches and parents.
