We will work with you to identify your key strengths and how you have used these in your career to date.

We will cover areas such as CV building to make sure we capture your story and make you feel confident in telling it.

Together we will look at where you are now and think about next steps.

In this time of reflection we will help you to come up with goals and ideas for your next career steps

We will introduce you to businesses and resources to help you define what these might be.

You'll also have access to careers coaches who will provide advice and support.

We will equip you with the skills you need to move onto the next step in your career.

There will be the opportunity to practice employability skills and to work on improving areas where you lack confidence

We will provide access to jobs within businesses who want to hire former athletes on account of their skills and experiences.
