APPRENTICESHIPS

Designed by The Magic Academy and their team of coaches, we offer Leadership and Coaching Programmes at Levels 3, 4 and 5. These are suitable for current athletes as well as coaches and business executives of all seniorities who are looking to improve their leadership, management and communication skills.

The courses are fully funded by the UK Apprenticeship Levy and are therefore of no cost to your organisation.

LEVEL 3 LEADERSHIP

Duration: 15 months

Aimed at: Academy athletes post 16 and entry level business staff

Qualification: Equivalent to 2 A Levels and recognised by the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Leadership and Management, allowing learners to register as Associate Members.

LEVEL 5 LEADERSHIP

Duration: 20 months
Aimed at: Senior athletes, coaches, departmental managers
Qualification: Equivalent to a Foundation Degree. On completion learners can register as full members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management.

LEVEL 4 SPORTS COACHING

HOW YOU'LL LEARN

Each programme can be delivered digitally as a closed or mixed cohort and includes:

Workshops

12 x Monthly group workshops (each workshop will last 2 or 3 hours)
1 x Monthly individual coaching session (focused on understanding of learning and application)
1 x Individual progress review session (scheduled every 2 months)

Flexibility

The course will be delivered around the schedules of the learners for maximum flexibility.
