POSTPRO SERVICES & EXPERTISE

PostPro have been delivering Leadership, Coaching, Education and Transition support to businesses and professional sports organisations since 2019.

PostPro offer services designed to engage people at all levels of an organisation from emerging talent; mid-senior professionals through to executive and board level.

We offer the following services:

Skills Academies - The PostPro Skills Academies are work-readiness training programs that up-skill aspirational school-leavers, graduates and transitioning professional athletes. The participants are connected to and hired by business across the UK. Once employed, participants complete a formal qualification delivered by PostPro.

​Leadership Course - PostPro offer a Leadership course that is designed to develop skills in leadership, an understanding of how high performing teams work, improve self-awareness, build self-reflective practice and heighten emotional intelligence. The course is funded via the Apprenticeship Levy.

Leadership Days - The PostPro Leadership days are bespoke training events, where senior professionals engage with a PostPro leadership coach in an environment that stimulates relaxed, creative thinking. This could be on a championship golf course, one of the UK's top walks, a 5* Spa or Health & Wellness facility or cycle.

Leadership Events – The PostPro Leadership events take place in partnership with professional sports organisations. Hosted at their stadiums, the events bring to life what effective leadership entails within that sporting organisation, what are the key pillars behind their elite, high performance environment and how could this be translated into a business context.
